ITEM #4426: NEW OLD STOCK EARLY PARKER ARROW IN GREY WITH CHALK MARK. This is a transitional model that looks a lot like the Parker new style 19 that was phased out in '64.It was apparently on the way to the 45 with the development of a replacable nib, but it has more of the nib exposed than what ended up on the 45. This isn't the later Arrow design with the clip that is mostly feathers.This model has ballpoint and pencil mates with the same style chrome trim (see the next two listings for 4427 & 4428 if they are still there). ITEM #3582: PARKER VP HOLY WATER SPRINKLER (ASPERSORIUM). This is something Parker made for Priests to use to bless people and things with holy water. It's exactly like a VP except for the front end, ehich is not a nib and feed but a gold-filled channel that's shaped like a chalice on the outside which allows holy water to come out when the priest holds it up and shakes it in your direction. You get wet, but that's the idea. This item is in perfect condition including that clear early acrylic VP converter front end that is always broken. This one isn't broken; it's in perfect condition. I remember the priests coming into our classrooms in grade school and blessing us with these as the nuns stood by with their belt-mounted leather holders hanging down with their Sheaffer lifetime balances in them.

ITEM #4291: PARKER EVERSHARP BIG E DEMONSTRATOR, NEW OLD STOCK. The BIG E was produced from 1961 through 1964 by the Eversharp division of Parker. It was one of many models used to evolve toward the 45. I haven't been able to find any mention of a demonstrator version of the BIG E in the literature, but here's a new old stock example that came with the inventory of a pen repair shop I bought. With a FINE steel nib and a cartridge filling capability, it has the Eversharp "E" on the clip and the Parker Halo insignia on the back of the cap. Never inked. This item cannot be returned if dipped or filled.

ITEM #2738: PARKER EVERSHARP 10.000 PEN, NEW OLD STOCK. This model was designed by Eversharp, pre-Parker purchase, one of the first products put out by the Eversharp division of Parker in 1958 right after Parker bought Eversharp. It was produced from 1958 to 1964 and was a tool in the development cycle of the 45. ITEM #4269: ARGENTINE PARKER BALLPOINT, REPUTED TO BE A PROTOTYPE, per the Argentine gentleman I purchased it from. Both the cap & barrel have inscriptions; the barrel has "DE F.N.B.B.",a picture of an eagle, followed by "A F.A.E.", and the date 21-2-65. The gold filled cap has "MPB" monogrammed on the back. This pen has an unuually short cap shell and a tall clip ring with a grey Parker jewel about the size of that found in an AMerican made 51 ballpoint or pencil.

ITEM #4218: RARE NEW OLD STOCK PARKER 41 FOUNTAIN PEN IN CORAL WITH HUGE STUB OCTANIUM NIB. Brushed stainless cap and chrome trim. A cleaner example won't be found. Aerometric filler. The 41 pen was only marketed from 1956 to 1958 and was designed to fit in the price range between the 51 and the 21. It was designed to attract women, but it didn't catch on and the plastic failed frequently. So these are very rare today. You rarely see them in the wild; I got mine with the inventoryof an old shop (The Write Shop) that I bought. Thanks, Mr. C.

By the way, that color name, Ultra Pale Mint, is Susan Wirth's descriptor; Parker called it Pale Green. This is a slightly greenish off white that at first glance in poor light appears to be a cream color. Very difficult to capture in a digital photo.

ITEM #4047: PARKER 50 FRONTIER IN STAINLESS. The "Poor Man's T1". This is made of steel, not titanium, and it worked this time. It has Gold Plated trim, a fine nib, and a .7 cc capacity with a plastic aerometric convertor. The pen is new old stock and the convertor is used. The photo shows its 1980 price tag; that's not it's current price. The tip of the nib is one of those perfect, smooth, little spheres that you also sometimes see on Sheaffer Imperials & PFMs.

ITEM #4098: PARKER SONNET Sterling Ciselé Medium Point Fountain Pen with Gold Filled Trim. A near mint cartridge filler with no dents, dings, or brassing that's seen very little use. The 18K nib is labeled as "M" on the feed, but its registrering at the bottom end of BROAD on a Parker factory nib grader. This comes as no suprise, as nibs these days are tending to be broader in general, especially European ones, and my nib graders are all from US Parker factories. This is also a relatively large pen, 5.23" LONG (with cap on, not posted) and .496" dia. at the cap band.
