3" dia. x 24 ply muslin buff. Stitched on the sides (3 rows) with shellac center. The stitching makes the wheel a little tougher, stiffer, and more aggressive than un-stitched. The shellac center accepts a tapered spindle. These won't fit on a Dremel or flex shaft; use a 1/4" tapered spindle.
