These are very old and most of them have little or no liquid ink remaining, but it hasn't leaked out and spoiled the packaging, it has dried out, in the bottle. Bottles are still sealed with the original 2 part cork stoppers. Don't plan on writing with anything you find in these bottles; they are intended for archivists of Carter's ephemera.
