Parker 51 Cap Brush

Fits perfectly into a Parker 51 cap. USE THIS BRASS BRUSH TO SCRUB-OUT THE INSIDE OF A 51 CAP BEFORE SHOVING A MANDREL INTO IT AND RUBBING OUT THE DENTS.  If you don't scrub the inside of the cap out real well, any chunk of hard debris inside there will become a feature of the outside surface after rubbing. 51 inner caps can leave a "Bathtub Ring" where they end. This is composed of either corrosion or crystalized crud which can mess up your repair job. If you DO get a surface irregularity transferred to the outside surface, find the chunk under it and clean it out with this brush or even a curved riffler file if it's stuck onto the inside of the cap strongly.
