Pilot pencil is black with chrome trim. New old stock. Takes 0.5 leads. Can adjust for lead hardness. Made in Japan. Has double knock feature which allows the lead sleeve (the metal guide pipe) to retract completely inside the nose cone when the pencil is not in use, protecting it from bending or breaking. Found in a box from The Write Store with other Japanese pens and pencils circa 1985.
