Pilot High-Mecha Holder H-2003 0.3mm Mechanical Pencil, NOS in box

New old stock! Never been used. Vintage 1980s drafting pencil. Highly sought after double-knowck mechanism (meaning the thin lead sleeve/guide pipe fully retracts into the pencil body when not in use). In exceptional condition. Unique as it take 0.3mm leads. High quality Japanese manufacturing. Mechanism works. Eraser still pretty soft.  Pencil contains leads. No corrosion. "Pilot" etched into clip. "Pilot 0.3 Holder" etched on top portion of metal section.  Medal section (or grip) has square etched pattern with cut outs that show the black plastic below. The Window in section indicates lead hardness. Primarily metal construction. Found and sold in their original packaging. A few even come in original cellophane. Come in 2 options of lead hardness (HB or 2H, which is much harder). 

We found these in the corner of Pentooling's stock room.  Dale acquired them when he purchased the inventory of the Write Shop, a former brick and mortar store in Long Beach, CA. Found with other Japanese pens that we could date to 1985.
