PISTON REMOVAL TOOL FOR MONTBLANC 146, 149 & PELIKAN M800, M900, M1000 (Tool D149P)

Think of this tool as the Swiss Army Knife for your German big fatty pens. It fits the back ends of the above Montblancs AND Pelikans so you can work on, remove or replace the pistons, filling units or do work inside the barrels.

To use the MB 146/149 end, unscrew the blind cap enough to fit the prongs on the brass ring, screw the blind cap down a little (but not tightly, just snugly), and turn the right handed threaded piece out. (If your pen does not have two blind holes exposed on the pen barrel side when you unscrew the bland cap, this tool will NOT work. This style of pen does not need a tool, just heat and your fingers).

To use the Pelikan end, unscrew the blind cap enough to fit the thickness of the tool in and unscrew the LEFT HANDED THREAD out.
