USE TO PUNCH OUT SAFETY MECHANISM WITHOUT PUNCHING OUT THE SMALL PIN AT THE END OF THE BARREL. DESIGNED TO FIT AROUND THE SMALL CYLIDRICAL PIN INSIDE THE TOP OF THE WATERMAN SAFETY BARREL. MADE OF HARD PLASTIC SO IT WON'T SCRATCH.
Make sure to find the correct location of the pin before using. This can be difficult because the back end of the pen has been polished after pin installation.
