L.E. WATERMAN REPAIR MAILING ENVELOPES. Found in the back room of a California pen shop owned by 3 generations of the same family. These were intended to be used for mailing Waterman pens to repair stations in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston. These are clean, crisp and unused. Brown with age.
Has a rubber stamped dealer name & address, "Golden Rule Pen & Pencil Shop" in Long Beach.
