3 inch diameter x 35 ply Finex muslin buff w/ shellac center w/ 3 rows stitched. The stitching makes the wheel a little tougher, stiffer, and more aggressive than un-stitched. These won't fit on a Dremel or flex shaft; use a 1/4" tapered spindle.
