Desk base has two bras horse heads that have great patina.  The horses appear green in color and have gold painted trim for the hair and base of heads. The base itself is made of black glass.  Felted bottom. Gold-filled, hinged socket holds a Parker Classic fountain pen.  Pen is black with gold plated trim.  Nib is Medium. Lovely piece. Not dings or chips.
