Another "Artifact of cultural significance" to the pen world. This is an original Janesville Parker Factory tool used to make clips. The two stamps marry perfectly. There is a converse and a convex portion of the set that was used to stamp out Parker's legendary arrow shaped clips. The red portion is a cover for the convex portion, to keep the arrow shape sharp and perfectly detailed. The side of the larger, concave punch states that this is the "master punch".
