Parker Feathered Clip Factory Progression of Stamping Example

A one of a kind item from the Parker Factory in Janesville.  This is an example of how this Parker clip and clip top start as a flat piece of metal and are progressively stamped into a three dimensional clip for a pen or pencil. This example includes to point in the process where the clip top is folded 90°.  It also show examples of when plaiting is applied in the process. Made of alloys of brass or bronze. 
Product length is 17 inches.  The clips measure 4 inches, before the top is rotated.
