Parker VP Aspergillum (Holy Water Dispencer)

Catholic HOLY WATER DISPENSER MADE BY PARKER AND USED BY PRIESTS IN A LITURGICAL CEREMONY

This is almost completely the same as a Parker 75 fountain pen, but instead of having a nib and feed, it has a tiny gold plated chalice where the nib would be. It has the same filling system as a Parker VP fountain pen, but it is filled with holy water instead of ink.

 I remember when Father Cullen would come into our 3rd grade class at Saint Richard's school, bless us with hand motions and incantations, and then whip one of these out. My Catholic school classmates and I would get sprayed with holy water from overhead. The water didn't hit all 72 of us in Sister Aloysius' class, but we still all felt blessed.  I also remember the Nuns walking around with a hip pouch filled with items like this one.
