In original packaging. I don't know if the "SELF ADHESIVE" feature or the viability of the ballpoint ink is still present; they may both be dried out from age and I didn't want to un-seal the packaging to check. Most of these are in the original Sheaffer packaging. For the self adhesive capability you may need to try some double backed tape.
