Found in the back room of a California pen shop owned by 3 generations of the same family. These were intended to be used for mailing Waterman pens to repair stations in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston. These are clean, crisp and unused. Brown with age. One of them has a rubber stamped dealer name & address, "Golden Rule Pen & Pencil Shop" in Long Beach. If you want the one stamped "Golden Rule Pen & Pencil Shop", mention that when ordering. There's only 1 of those.
